My Response To The Presidential Diatribe

The Question is would I stand? My response is a resounding Yes, but patriotism isn’t forced. That’s what militaristic states do, very reminiscent of WWII rogue nations and communist countries of today and we must remember that the Supreme Court has already decided Americans cannot be forced to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.

The NFL played into the 45th President’s plan

My Response To The Presidential Diatribe

I see that today after the dust has settled, the only person winning in the NFL stand or kneel is a controversy, is Donald Trump. As two-thirds of America have already been aware of and have seen time after time the 45th President has successfully caused more division and diverted our attention from the news: His ideas of a more stringent and new travel ban, the dire situation unfolding with Americans in Puerto Rico, while Texas, Florida, and the US Virgin Islands are still repairing from earlier natural disasters, the Russia investigation, health care for elderly, the poor, and the pre-existent conditions patients, the economy which cannot support annual increases for employees that reflect the inflation index.

No single military action that America has been involved in was to cause the standing and pledging allegiance to the flag, it must come from one’s heart and true patriotism. One can lose respect for an entity that does not portray patriotism, and may even decide to stop contributing to the success of that entity, but they fall into the trap of supporting Donald Trump, Socialistic oppressive doctrine, and the Communistic death traps of going against the government without the ability to provide open, public discourse of disagreement.

I do not believe that the NFL needs to continue down the path of more showmanship of togetherness, other than to play hard, show their actual patriotism, and then stand all together as the NFL, and give a well-placed, strong corrective speech to an out of control President. I believe people who enjoy the NFL continue to do so, and recognize this as a created episode by the President, and finally I believe the President needs a controller who will get him back on track to creating a unified, prosperous United States, not this created hate-filled entity where every turn one makes there is division. Donald Trump is creating division between the races, financial status, religion, level of patriotism, political party affiliation, male vs female, and none of this works towards making America great, but it does replicate the downfall of Rome.

“The following is a description of the major benefactors to the ruin of Rome. Other fundamental problems contributed to the fall. In the economically ailing west, a decrease in agricultural production led to higher food prices. The western half of the empire had a large trade deficit with the eastern half. The west purchased luxury goods from the east but had nothing to offer in exchange. To make up for the lack of money, the government began producing more coins with less silver content. This led to inflation. Finally, piracy and attacks from Germanic tribes disrupted the flow of trade, especially in the west.

There were political and military difficulties, as well. It didn’t help matters that political amateurs were in control of Rome in the years leading up to its fall. Army generals dominated the emperorship, and corruption was rampant. Over time, the military was transformed into a mercenary army with no real loyalty to Rome. As money grew tight, the government hired the cheaper and less reliable Germanic soldiers to fight in Roman armies. By the end, these armies were defending Rome against their fellow Germanic tribesmen. Under these circumstances, the sack of Rome came as no surprise.”

Today I call for all America stands in defiance of any form of hatred, disagreement, unpatriotic gestures, and naïveté, and bring America together as 1 voice to state, We are 1 and we live as 1 under the greatest nation the world has ever seen, and we apologize to all who we have lost our way with. Bring the love of neighbor, and the American Dream back to South Carolina, The South, and all of America. God Bless South Carolina and the Great United States Of America.

My Response To President Trump, And His Call For Ending DACA

In America, it is the law that you are innocent until proven guilty. In America the 14th Amendment provides protection to Americans as well as to immigrants, whether legal or illegally immigrated. We need to follow the Constitution, and court decisions to realize the full scope of this issue. I believe that the President has gone beyond his current scope by promising to end this program. Either the program is legal, which means Congress must be the ones to change it, or it is not Constitutional as far as DACA goes, and that must be decided by the Supreme court. Once it is determined, if legal, Congress has full control of changing the legality of the program, if it is illegal, then each individual has the protection of the 14th amendment to force the government to provide evidence of cause, and then the President can cause deportation of the individual. There should be no, can be no mass deportation of 800,000 children that were too young to choose to come to or not come to America. For most of the older DACA children, the only life they have known is America, and they would be foreign to go back to the country of origin at best, if not claimed to be a criminal by others. Is this the actual idea that America wants to place upon our heads, that of one who causes the criminalization of innocent children?

This should not be a right or left question, but one of morality, comprehension of law, and the future of 800,000 Children who are innocent. They are not allowed government aide, they do pay taxes if working as well as Social Security is paid. The percentage of criminal activity is minuscule compared to legal immigrants. We as a people need to remember, we came illegally to this country and took ownership over 250 years ago, and only through the grace of God were we able to create the settlements that began the greatest superpower the world has ever seen. We should never show bigotry nor racism in our decisions, and if we must try to deport these children, then we MUST follow the Constitutional precedent and give each one their time to face their accuser, and force the accuser to provide evidence of harm.

I support the US Congress to pass legislation to protect those already here in the United States, as well as set up an ongoing rationale for future situations. Let us be that Shining city on A hill and take Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!” Let America come together in unity and stop the tearing the fabric Apart, and stitch our rips with love and kindness, for only then will we survive. I call for the State of South Carolina Congress to demand that the Federal Government do what is right by the people, and show compassion and morality over greed and bigotry.

My Response As A Candidate For State Senate To Hurricane Irma

I call on the Governors of those not affected to offer assistance to the affected area, and I also ask that large corporations give paid time off to those who can assist in the rebuilding

As of 11 AM on Saturday, Irma was licking at the outer Keys and Jose was a strong Category 4 Hurricane, following in Irma’s path.  America’s greatest asset, her people are in harm’s way. I would like to congratulate the Governors who took the initiative to all for evacuation. What America still sees are many businesses that are TOO greedy to heed the warnings, and give their employees enough paid time off to ready for the storm, and evacuate if the storm is going to hit you. After the fact, they wonder why people are injured or worse. We as a nation need to put American souls first and foremost in these decision making processes, and as the state governments call for an evacuation, the businesses need to be proactive in their decisions to close early, pay their employees and stress for their employees to get away from the impending storm.

To those in the path of these mighty storms, America’s hearts and prayers go out to you. We pray that the damage is as minor as can be expected, that you are well away from the storm and that you, your family, and your fur-babies are safe. We as a nation of neighbors can help you to rebuild, and we will be there when you call, just be safe today, and tomorrow we can begin anew. You are millions of neighbors, friends, loved ones, and families, and you are our future, and we are glued to our internets and televisions hoping that the worst will stay out to sea. May God bless you all, and may you be safe on your journey until you return home.

I call on the Governors of those not affected to offer assistance to the affected area, and I also ask that large corporations give paid time off to those who can assist in the rebuilding and assistance over the next few months whether it be from Harvey, Irma, or Jose. We need to work as one nation helping those who are in need at this time.

Healthcare, An Individuals choice

Healthcare needs to be an individual, price driven, and the ability to chose one’s own preferred choice of insurance. Let us change the name to healthcare insurance, not Healthcare since there is no real healthcare, just guaranteed controls that were put in place and then also with the latest offer. For the Veterans, the elderly, and the Pre-existing conditions insurance purchaser, they need a real choice that includes their needs and gives them the ability to join a Co-op where they can purchase from any insurance group throughout America.

2) I EXPECT TO BE ACCOUNTABLE WITH A FREE PRESS AND A STATE OF LAWS-Government must be accountable to the people it serves. In order to ensure that our leaders work for our interests alone, we require transparency in governance. The press plays a crucial role in holding leaders accountable and keeping the public informed. We must allow them to work without fear of retribution. We are a nation of laws and our commitment to its equal application ensures our safety and prosperity. No man or woman with wealth or status is above the law.

1) IN SOUTH CAROLINA WE NEED MORE ENGAGEMENT THROUGH THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH-In our State, we have a responsibility to promote honest leaders into office who will make wise, fact-based decisions and to hold them accountable. Freedom of speech is a foundational human right and essential to democracy. We support the free and open exchange of ideas.

My Promise is to be an inspiration to the voters not only in District 41 but in all of South Carolina. I promise to hold our future generation carefully in all my decisions and to keep all citizens as informed as possible. South Carolina needs true Integrity Driven Political Leaders to lead South Carolina forward to the next decade. It all starts with just one vote, and ends with all winning…

We Are More Than Just Names:

America is more than just people, it is lives, and America needs to take a look at how we look at the decisions we make daily. These decisions can have a wonderful effect on the citizens, or it may put them closer to the cusp of financial ruin. America needs leaders who believe in Integrity, honor, being humble, and working for the citizens. My goal is to work for all of South Carolina to bring more prosperity, less taxation, less red tape, more family oriented opportunities, and stop worrying about if I will get elected again, or have I actually led with the principles that I want from my leaders.Placeholder Image

One of the most important issues for me, and should be for all South Carolinian’s is that we do everything judiciously possible to strengthen and uphold the integrity of the Constitution. For me, every vote will be determined by how it plays within the framework of the Constitution, and does it remove freedoms from the citizens?

My Areas To Pinpoint…

If there is no truth, then there is no liberty. And if there is no liberty, then there is no self-rule.

Where I Stand on important issues for South Carolina: Constitutional integrity- If there is no truth, then there is no liberty. And if there is no liberty, then there is no self-rule. Our commitment to our founding principles has often been imperfect, but the inherent liberty and equality of all are a timeless truth. Principles rise to the surface because they are righteous and for the general welfare of a nation, a state, a county, or a town. Our best prospects lie in recommitting to our founding principles and looking to the future, not abandoning them and looking to the past. If we, the citizens of the great State of SC do not stand for a “just and democratic” world, who will?
